The bricks started as gray vacu-form. I based it with covent garden mixed with a dark pigment, then layering in the paled oranges and reds over that. The grafiti was done with the HVLP.

The bricks were done the same as the previous. The grafiti was done by first brushing in black, white and red to have the variations in sky color. After that, I sprayed the blue, followed by black spray paint, topped off by a high pigment white in the HVLP.

The design was altered after it’s move to another theatre, where I had to be resourceful with finding light and the right shade of green in order to paint over the previous image with The Statue of Liberty.
